Alejandro is a corporate lawyer and part of Seegman’s Corporate team.

His main areas of practice include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts at both national and international levels, active client advisory in real estate law, as well as involvement in company acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and M&A transactions. He also has experience in managing corporate secretarial services and preparing corporate and company documentation.
