Arturo is a corporate lawyer specialized in M&A and commercial transactions, with experience in the oil and gas sector in Latin America. He also has expertise in corporate governance and commercial law, joint ventures, as well as public and private contracting. Arturo has taught university philosophy courses.

He is currently in the process of homologating his degree in Spain. Arturo is part of the Corporate team at Seegman, where he supports the team in corporate law matters.
