Beatriz is a corporate lawyer and part of Seegman’s Corporate team.

Her main areas of practice include advising on and managing company sale and purchase agreements, collaborating on corporate transactions and restructurings, and drafting commercial agreements and documents at a national and international level. She also has experience in corporate secretarial services and in the preparation and processing of corporate documentation.
