Cristina is a corporate lawyer and part of Seegman’s Corporate team.
Her main areas of practice include advising on and managing company sale and purchase processes, collaborating on corporate transactions and restructurings, and drafting commercial agreements and documents at a national and international level. She also has experience in corporate secretarial services and in the preparation and processing of corporate documentation before a notary public.
EDUCATION
Cristina has a degree in Law and Business Administration from the ICADE Pontificia Comillas University in Madrid, and a Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and International Business Law from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Madrid.
