Raquel is a member of Seegman’s Corporate team in the Lisbon office.
She has experience in corporate and international law, European Union law, compliance and data protection. Throughout her professional career, she has been involved in the review and drafting of contracts and other legal documents, as well as in the analysis of matters relating to international commercial transactions, international funds and corporate law.
EDUCATION
Law degree from the University of Lisbon.
Master’s degree from the University of Lisbon, completed as part of a joint programme with Leibniz University Hannover and the University of Rouen.
Postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Law and Regulation from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
Postgraduate degree in Law Enforcement, Compliance and Corporate Liability from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
