Clara leads Seegman’s Global Mobility team, advising individuals and companies on immigration law and Spanish nationality matters.
She has an international professional background, having worked in both Madrid and London. A significant part of her practice has focused on advising international clients, primarily from the United Kingdom and the United States.
She has extensive experience in designing immigration strategies in coordination with the firm’s Tax, Employment and Corporate teams, providing comprehensive legal advice tailored to each client’s specific needs. She also specialises in managing Spanish nationality acquisition procedures.
