Laura

advises Spanish and international companies on accounting and tax matters, with experience in tax compliance, ongoing tax advisory services and the management of proceedings before the tax authorities.

Her experience covers the full accounting cycle, the preparation and filing of annual accounts, and the preparation and filing of tax returns, particularly in relation to Corporate Income Tax, VAT and non-resident taxation. She also has experience in tax consolidation, including the analysis of corporate group structures and compliance with their tax obligations.

Laura also assists with tax management and inspection proceedings, as well as the preparation and filing of appeals and claims before the Spanish State Tax Administration Agency (Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria, AEAT) and the Economic-Administrative Courts, supporting the defence of taxpayers’ interests.
