Carmen is a lawyer, admitted to the Madrid Bar, and has extensive experience in the provision of corporate secretarial services. She has specialized in providing legal advice to commercial companies and in carrying out corporate governance operations.

During her professional career, she has managed, controlled, and coordinated corporate aspects of a portfolio of national companies and their subsidiaries; and has held team management positions in companies providing legal, financial and human resources services.

She is currently part of the senior legal team in Seegman’s corporate department, advising clients on corporate secretarial matters and supporting the team in other commercial matters.

She speaks Spanish and English.
