Ignacio is a senior lawyer on the Corporate team at Seegman.

He provides advisory services in the areas of corporate commercial law (serving as secretary of the board of directors for several companies), real estate, and commercial contracts (including collaboration agreements, services, agency, distribution, leasing, construction, supply, loan, confidentiality agreements, and more). In recent years, he has participated in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, corporate restructurings, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures, both nationally and internationally. He also has experience in the establishment of foreign groups in Spain and from Spain to abroad, compliance, and civil and commercial litigation.

He holds a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master’s in International Law and Foreign Trade from ISDE in collaboration with Columbia Law School.
