Ignacio holds a law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, admitted to the Madrid Bar Association, and an LL.M. from ISDE and Columbia University.

He specialises in the practice areas of corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts and real estate law. throughout his career, he has advised companies in various sectors such as real estate, logistics, energy, biotechnology and audiovisual, among others, on the implementation and development of their businesses in Spain, and he also has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, especially in corporate secretarial work.

He is currently part of the senior legal team in Seegman’s corporate department, focused on providing legal advice to local and foreign investors throughout the implementation and development of their business in or through Spain.

He speaks Spanish, English and French.
