Manuel is a corporate and real estate lawyer in Seegman’s senior Corporate team. He specializes in corporate and real estate transactions.

Throughout his career, he has advised national and international investors of various types on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring, as well as general corporate and real estate law. He has also held the position of non-executive secretary of the Board of Directors at one of Spain’s leading real estate development companies.
