Marta is a commercial lawyer admitted to practice in Madrid, New York, and England and Wales.

She boasts a distinguished international career, advising clients in Europe, the United States and Latin, both in corporate law and international commercial transactions. Her expertise includes domestic and international corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transformations, corporate finance and due diligence.

Throughout her career, Marta has been involved in advising on M&A transactions with significance in the Spanish market, being part of the team advising investment funds, companies, private equity funds, in various segments, being some of the most relevant: manufacturing, energy, primary industries and hospitality.

Currently, Marta leads Seegman’s Corporate Transactions area, that focuses on small market investments in Spain. She supports clients on buying, selling, or investing in small businesses, maintaining a professional and practical approach.
