Marta is a corporate lawyer and the head of Seegman’s Corporate Transactions team, focusing on small market investment transactions in Spain.

She has an outstanding international career advising clients in Europe, the United States, and Latin America on corporate law and international commercial transactions. Her specialization includes corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), cross-border transformations, corporate financing, and due diligence processes. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in significant M&A operations in the Spanish market, advising investment funds, companies, and private equity funds in key sectors such as manufacturing, energy, primary industries, and hospitality.

She is a member of the bar associations of Madrid, New York, and England and Wales.
