Victor has a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid, and is also an Expert Accountant in the Register of Expert Accountants (RGE) and a member of the Madrid College of Economists. He also successfully completed a master’s degree in taxation from the Instituto de Empresa (IE Business School)

Throughout his professional career of more than 18 years, he has advised multinational companies, both Spanish and European and American, from many sectors on accounting, tax and commercial obligations.

Victor has helped companies in the correct management and fulfillment of their accounting obligations, preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements, presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual taxes. He has also helped in all types of financial audits, both internal and external, or in the preparation of due-diligence and business restructuring processes (mergers).

In the same way, Victor has participated in the set-up and establishment of companies in Latin American countries, especially Peru. During 3 years he was the Director-Country Manager of a professional office in Lima, Peru, helping the subsidiaries and/or branches of mainly Spanish, and also European, American and Canadian companies.

He speaks English and Spanish.
