Víctor is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience advising national and international clients across various sectors. His practice focuses on corporate law, contracting, M&A, and corporate disputes.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles, including Head of the Corporate-Legal Department at a BPO firm and Director of the Corporate and Operations Department at a national law firm.

Currently, Víctor is part of the senior team in Seegman’s Corporate department. In this role, with a clear focus on investment in Spain, he provides comprehensive corporate advice to both companies and high-net-worth individuals, designing corporate structures and participating in corporate reorganizations and complex commercial transactions.
