Leonardo is the managing partner and founder of Seegman.

He specializes in advising large international corporations, small and medium-sized Latin American businesses, and family estates, with a focus on matters related to commercial, corporate, and tax law, primarily in Spain, Europe, and Latin America. He has experience as a member of the board of directors of transnational companies, including Spanish subsidiaries of publicly listed companies.

Leonardo is an associate professor of Corporate Law at IE Law School and IE Business School. He holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Caracas, Venezuela) and Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). He also holds a Master’s in Law from IE Law School and National University of Singapore, as well as a Master’s in Tax Advisory for Professionals from IE Business School.
