Throughout his career, he has advised companies on matters related to corporate governance, mergers, and restructurings. He has experience coordinating corporate and financial due diligences and drafting commercial legal documents.

Currently, Pedro is part of the senior Corporate team at Seegman’s Lisbon office, advising clients on corporate governance matters and providing support to the team in corporate law.
