During his professional career, he has been advising companies on corporate secretarial matters, mergers, and restructurings. He has experience in the coordination of corporate and financial due diligences, and in the drafting of documents of a commercial nature.
He is currently part of the corporate team at Seegman’s Lisbon office, advising clients on corporate secretarial matters and supporting the team in corporate law.
