Carlos is a lawyer, registered in Madrid, specialized in labor law and human resources, and in collective negotiations. He has extensive experience in negotiating collective agreements and coordinating business projects aimed at improving internal processes.

During his professional career, he has advised clients on labor and Social Security matters, defending and representing companies before the Social Jurisdiction in all types of proceedings. He has designed labor law strategies (Labor Due Diligence) and has coordinated negotiations and procedures of various kinds. Carlos is also a specialist in coordinating labor relations teams and supervising personnel administration.

Currently, Carlos is the labor and labor relations legal advisor at Seegman, advising clients on all types of labor procedures and supporting the rest of the team on internal matters.
